What we collect, and why

• Email address — to manage your registration and keep you informed.
• Account (email, hashed password, plan) — to provide access to the service.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We store no card details.
• Technical usage data (connection logs, strictly necessary cookies) — for security and correct operation.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract (providing the service and managing the subscription), consent (mailing list and communications), legitimate interest (security, improving the service) and legal obligations (accounting).

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the publisher and to its technical processors: hosting (Vercel Inc. — 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA), database (Supabase (database hosted in the European Union, Paris region)), email delivery and the payment provider. These providers use your data only for the purposes of the service.

How long we keep it

Account: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then legal archiving. Mailing list: until you unsubscribe. Billing records: 10 years, as required by accounting rules.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise them: contact@valueinvesting.club. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for it to work — session and security — which do not require consent. No advertising cookie is set without your agreement.
